Delta CEO on seat reclining: 'Ask if it's OK first'

Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian added a bit of fuel to the great seat recline debate on Friday. In an interview on CNBC, Bastian said that he thinks passenger have a right to recline, but the polite thing to do is "ask if it's OK first."
